Returns & Refunds

All products sold on the Pleasure Delights website come with a 12 month warranty.
We are unable to cancel orders that have been dispatched – you may return unwanted, unused items at your own cost.

All returned items must include a returns form, available from help@pleasuredelights.co.uk
Any refunds, partial or full will be issued via the original payment method, Klarna.
Delivery fees will not be refunded for returned items.

RETURNING 'SPECIAL OFFER' PRODUCTS
If you have a faulty item then please return this to us and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement. If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your Special Offer items or pay for the outstanding item. If you wish to keep the item that was received free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require your money to be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. We try to aim to have your money refunded within 7 days. Once your returned goods have been received and processed you will be contacted so we can confirm how you wish to proceed. If you are eligible for a refund your details will be passed to the relevant department who have up to 30 days to complete your refund.

FAULTY GOODS RETURNS (UK)
If an item is delivered faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days from delivery, UK customers can return the item to us for free using our free postage address.
If you need to return an item, please contact us – at this point we may request photographic or video evidence of the fault.
You must notify us within 36 hours of delivery of any discrepancies or damage to items upon delivery.
All returned items are checked and inspected – A minimum fee of £4.50 is charged if your returned item is found not to be faulty upon inspection.
If an item develops a fault and you inform us after the first 30 days from delivery, you will need to pay for your own postage to return the item.
If an item develops a fault within the first 90 days from delivery, we can offer a refund or exchange, after 90 days we can only offer an exchange.
All items that are returned as faulty must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any items returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. You will then be charged a re-delivery fee.

You will need to pay for your own postage to return the item.

CANCELLATIONS & UNWANTED GOODS RETURN (WORLD WIDE)
We understand that sometimes, you may order an item online and change your mind or the item isn’t what you expected. In this case you can cancel your order within the first 14 day from placing your order by contacting help@pleasuredelights.co.uk, if your order has already been dispatched, you will then have 14 further days to return your order to us, instructions will be emailed to you.

If you wish to cancel your order and return an unwanted item, you must adhere to the following:
The goods must be unused.
The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Items supplied in a sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The goods must be received back within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in its original packaging. Personal items such as items with a crotch area cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of the item being delivered.
The customer must arrange and pay the cost of postage for returning a cancelled order of an unwanted item.
All returned items are checked and inspected – A minimum re-delivery fee of £4.50 is charged if your returned item has been used or any of the above conditions are not met.

INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
If you receive an incorrect item you must inform us as soon as possible (within 36 hours from delivery). The item received must not have the packaging opened or tampered with.
If you open an incorrect item with security seals or sealed packaging, we will understand that you have accepted the item and it cannot be returned for an exchange.
